Terms of Service

All purchases of art and/or concepts by fortuneyolk are subject to these terms.  By going through with a purchase, you are agreeing to the terms listed below. 
  • Breaking any terms here may result in being blacklisted or other actions.  
  • I will not sell to minors.  You must be 18 or older to purchase from me.
  • To purchase any kind of NSFW content (including gore), I must be able to have some confirmation of age or be personally familiar with you.
  • If your account is empty, I will not sell to you.
  • I reserve the right to refuse to work on any kind of piece for you.
  • You may not use my art, customs, or other works for commercial use unless we have reached an explicit, written agreement about it.
  • My work is, by default, intended for personal use only.
  • You are not allowed to sell merchandise or anything featuring my work unless we have reached an explicit, written agreement about it.
  • You must not remove my signature from my work and you must only post watermarked versions publicly.
  • You must credit me anywhere an image produced by me is posted.
  • You are not allowed to post my work on deviantArt, Twitter, instagram, or other image hosting site without my explicit permission.  You are allowed to post on character hosting sites such as toyhou.se but must watermark appropriately.
  • You are not allowed to claim my artwork as your own work or any custom design as your own design.
  • You are not allowed to modify any of my work without explicit permission.
  • You cannot resell a custom or an adoptable at a higher price than you bought it.  You can sell at the same or lower price.  You can only sell it at a higher price if the value of the commissioned art for it pushes it higher.
  • I reserve the right to use any work I produce for self promotion, art examples, portfolio entries, or other reasons unless otherwise discussed.
  • I will not make prints or other sales based on commissioned pieces or customs unless we have arranged for that to happen.
  • I reserve the right to delete, add, or otherwise alter these terms at any time.
  • I reserve the right to take my time on a piece in order to deliver the best quality I can give.  Large pieces will not be delivered within a day.
  • While I have a tendency to accept work on a first come, first served basis, I do not always have to adhere to this. 

Payment Terms

All purchases of art and/or concepts by fortuneyolk are subject to these terms.  By going through with a purchase, you are agreeing to the terms listed below. 
  • All prices are in USD and to be paid with USD.
  • Payment will be via PayPal invoice and must be paid in full before I begin any work.
  • Refunds will not be given unless I am unable to complete the work.
  • Finished works and works-in-progress are non-refundable.
  • Make sure you are able to pay before seeking anything from me.
  • Charge-backs will warrant an instant blacklist.
  • Payment plans may be offered for anything over $100 and must be discussed prior to payment. 
  • I reserve the right to refuse any payment plan.
  • If you do not complete the payment plan as scheduled, no refunds will be given for what was paid and no work will be delivered.
  • Only do a payment plan if you are sure you can pay it.
  • If you do not communicate post-payment, I will not do anything nor refund you. 
  • If you do not communicate what you want for 1 month, no refunds are given and the work will be dropped.
  • If you change your order after an invoice is sent, a penalty fee will be applied.
  • It is up to me if there are any exceptions to what is listed above.  Exceptions are given sparingly and do not expect me to consider you an exception.
